In an environment where raw material and labor costs are rising, traditional production methods can no longer meet market requirements, and traditional production methods have seriously constrained the development of cylinder liner production enterprises. Therefore, efficient, highly automated, and stable and advanced production equipment for cylinder liners are essential equipment for the survival and development of cylinder liner enterprises. Our company has developed and manufactured a multi-station fully automatic servo controlled cylinder liner centrifugal casting machine to meet the needs of cylinder liner production enterprises. This machine uses a centrifugal casting machine as the main machine, and the auxiliary machine adopts a multi-station method to achieve automatic control of the entire process of cylinder liner centrifugal casting production, such as cleaning, spraying, pouring, cooling, and pipe pulling.
