Our company has successfully put into production the long tube three station fully automatic cylinder liner centrifugal casting machine production line developed and manufactured at the customer's factory. This equipment uses three horizontal centrifugal casting machines as the main machine (including automatic mold baffle device and automatic water cooling device), a set of servo controlled auxiliary machines, and a set of pouring and handling devices to complete the production of 1600mm long cylinder liner blank castings. This set of equipment covers a small area, has a high degree of automation, high production efficiency, and saves equipment investment costs.
